Weight loss plateau/ Self esteem

Gill

Hey y'all, I got home from college in may and realized I really didn't like my weight. I started running around the 20th and since then I've lost over 20 pounds. The problem is the last few weeks I've been hovering in the high 140s, which is extra frustrating because my first goal is 145. It makes me feel like I'm not trying hard enough.

I can see all these numbers going down, like the scale and even my pants size. But even still, 2 1/2 months later, I still can't visibly see my body change. I don't look thinner, I don't think I look any different and it's really disheartening. What do I do?
