Bleeding after fingering what do I do

Hey, I'm 16 and my boyfriend fingered me for the first time, I started bleeding barely later that night. The next day I started bleeding a lot and it hasn't stopped and it's been a few days since. It's brighter red and I'm getting pain too. What should I do? I'm honestly scared and it's freaking me out. I don't want to tell my parents about this and I'm scared I have to go to the doctor pls help. Thank you ❤️
