confused ttc please advise

ttc but so confused, I was supposed to ovulate on the 24th then started bleeding, thought it was just ovulation bleeding but hasn't stopped, so it's like my period, period was only supposed to be due on 7th August. it's slowed down now and is almost gone but I don't know how to trust my next fertile window starting 7 th August. help
