Question

so this week i would have been roughly 12 weeks with my first pregnancy (was a shock considering I was told I couldn't have children at 15 ) I'm finding it really difficult to deal with , feel nothing but anger and guilt even though I know it wasn't my fault .   I can't talk to my partner as he just shuts down .
I'm just not sure how to deal with it.

Everything you are feeling is understandable. I found that keeping myself busy always helped. Doing things I enjoyed. I can't say it gets easier but you just learn to deal with it in your own way and better than you first did. Everything is still raw but it will get better. I'm always here if you need to talk. Be patient with each other you need each other more than you realise xx
