I get sore boobs during PMS and my period

Mine get painful about a week before and they swell up to a bigger size (I'm an H anyway but up to a J just before and for the first few days of my period) they are very tender and feel bruised from the skin stretching so much so quickly. Every bit of movement causes severe pain and it hurts if anything touches them, even just a bra or tshirt.
