Ive been having lower pains lately and I just started taking birth control pills about almost 3 weeks now and ive been bleeding and haven't gotten to the last week yet and all of a sudden today a big blood clot came along.... could this be a miscarriage?????? I googled images and it kind of looked like some of the images. I don't know if someone could tell me or not or had any experience to what it could be... please and thank you
