Pain when I pee

So yesterday I was at the swimming pool and had a really nice time, but as always some water got inside my vagina when I was inside and when I exit the pool it flowed out of me. This has been happening ever since I am not a virgin and I have never had a problem before, but today I am feeling strange and have this pain when I pee and this has never happened to me before so I am really concerned. What could be the reason? Is it possible that it has anything to do with the water getting inside of me? Have you ever experienced something like that? Thanks in advance for the replys, they would be extremely helpful.
