how to not flinch when getting waxed?

i have a phobia of anything near my eyes, I flinch uncontrolably whenever someone does my makeup or waxes my eyebrows. I know it doesn't hurt, ive had it done so many times but i started working at European wax center and I'm going there to get my eyebrows waxed today since we get it done for free. the waxers always talk about how annoying it is whenever someone flinches like that so i don't want them to judge me since i do it, how do i stop?

Close your eyes. I always have my eyes closed when I'm getting my face waxed. But they should also learn to be more professional and not complain about customers flinching... so ridiculous.
