If you don't need anything special in them then I will say they are way cheaper just from the drugstore and it's the SAME thing. Make sure there's plenty of folic acid 👌

I got mine from my doctor, but that's because I have severe allergies to gluten, dairy, and soy.

I went prescription only because the nutrients in them are real and aren't synthetic like most supermarket brands. they cost more but it's quality over quantity for me.

A lot of prescription prenatals add ferrous sulfate (iron) and docusate sodium (stool softener) to decrease the  common symptoms associated with pregnancy. The iron can be rough on your stomach so it's a good idea to take with a meal.

try gummy prenatals. or liquid, which they make but is hard to find and expensive. I had to switch for all liquid for a while my first trimester. Now, mid second trimester, I'm back to pills.

I take Rainbow Light. They are food based and all natural. You can take them on an empty stomach and no issues. I LOVE THEM! The ones my doctor gave me made me super nauseas even with food and made me burp. 🤢
The only downfall is you will have to take DHA in addition to the prenatals but that doesn't bother me.
