Do you use it all the time?

I just bought a diva cup because I am so tired of tampons and pads(aren't we all) but i am also an athlete who works out everyday. Can I wear it to practice and to the gym?

I use the Moon cup, which is like the diva but slightly firmer and harder to squash. I wear it when I do martial arts and have had no problems, and you can safely wear it for up to 12 hours at a time (though emptying it around 4 hours is recommended), so even long days are okay. I usually wear a pad overnight, though. Even though the cup is surprisingly comfortable, I don't like sleeping with it very much

The Diva cup is pretty soft so if you go to the gym a lot it's likely that you have strong pelvic floor muscles that can squash the cup but if you've used it before and you have no issues I'd assume it'd be fine at the gym.
