APNO and ___ helps lessen burning sensation?

APNO is SLOWLY helping heal my nipples.  But, besides taking ibuprofen, what else works for treating burning sensation till they heal.  (cold compresses hurt because of vasoconstriction.)  currently trying warm compresses and trying to fall asleep...

after LOTS of lost sleep.... finally realized I could put extremely warm compresses in my bra cups, after I apply APNO, to almost eliminate burning sensation!  plus, I think it is working faster to heal my nipples because the heat opens the pores.  *VERY HAPPY*  I hope this helps other mommas too❤💕

lotrimin af
hydrocortisone 1%
Neosporin
apply a tiny dab to your nipples
no need to rinse before feeding
works to reduce pain within 3-6 hours and heals nipples much faster than traditional creams

Kellymom recommends doing a salt water rinse let dry, express breast milk and let dry than apply the nipple cream. I've used this method when needed over the last 2 years and it definitely works quickly.
