hello all! my little one is 4 days old and im pretty sure my milk just came in (or is at least in the process) but i have 3 questions! 1) last night, out of now where i got this pins and needle feeling in my breast and got uncontrable shivers. is this related to my milk coming in? 2) is it okay to just alternate breast each feeding instead of splitting each session? (for example, 20 min on left breast this turn, 20 on right next turn VS. 10 min on left and 10 on right this session) and lastly 3) when my little one spit up this morning, it was normal spit up but it did have two pea size blood drops mixed in. not clots. i believe this is from my breast? has anyone experienced this?
