I am exactly 7 weeks today got my first ultrasound on Monday witch I'm excited but super nervous about we tried for 3 years to get pregnant and finally are so I'm extremely thankful for that before having my daughter who is now 5 I had 3 miscarriages and how I found out about each one was going in for the first ultrasound and there being no baby or heart beat but still testing positive then weeks later I would finally bleed and miscarriage but I was also 15 and they weren't aware of my negative blood type now they are and I'm 23 and my hcg levels looked good and I definitely have every symptom of being pregnant and look pregnant I'm just scared of diss appointment and positive vibes and uplifting words or personal experiences welcome
