Should it be a sex crime to try to get pregnant/get someone pregnant without the other person's knowledge?

For clarification:

I'm asking if you think a person committing these things should have to register as a sex offender:

For men, I mean trying to remove or poking holes in condoms without their partner's knowledge, lying about pulling out in time, lying about infertility/vasectomy, etc.

For women, I mean not taking BC and not informing their partner about it, poking holes in condoms, lying about infertility.
