I bled during my fertile window

Yesterday I bled (orange-red mixed with discharge, very small amount) and this app said I was ovulating. Not to mention, this app is pretty accurate with my cycle. I had light pressure and cramping, too. Has anyone else experienced ovulation bleeding? I got really scared because I thought it was implantation bleeding.. but I'm still not sure. It would be way too soon to be implantation bleeding, anyway considering it happens 6 to 12 days after ovulation?? I had protected (condom and he pulled out, made sure there were no holes) sex 4 days before I started bleeding.. I'm just so confused and frustrated with my body lately. What do you guys think? Is this worth taking a test over down the road when I actually can take one??
