When did it hit you??

When did it really hit you ladies that you were actually pregnant?  I'm 4 week but it hasn't hit me. Even though I've taken like 12 tests haha all positives. Was it after you confirmed it at your doctor?  Was it your first ultrasound?  Was it when you started showing? Such an exciting time!

I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow and it still hasn't really sank in for me. My whole belly moves when she kicks and rolls and I still don't really truly grasp that we are about to be parents.

20wk ultrasound and some days it still feels surreal lol But now that he moves ALL the time, it helps sink in :)

first of all: congrats!! i do have some questions. how many weeks after intercourse was your first positive? also, have u had any symptoms and were you on the pill? i've been kinda paranoid lately! any info would be awesome
