Not talking
My daughter will be 15 months on the 18th and is still not saying any words. She babbles like crazy and uses inflection to match her mood. The only thing she says is "Doe Doe" which is what she calls our dog (named Delilah). My husband isn't concerned because he thinks she can she's just choosing not to. Anyone else in the same boat or has experience this?
