How many weeks that i'm pregnant

Hi guys! My last menstration is july 4 and i just checked about 2 days that i'm pregnant. I'm not going to the doctor yet. What can i do and im constipated right now for 3 days.. do you have any idea if im 2 or 3 weeks pregnant now. Thanks in advance for your answers 😊
