Trans roommate?

So im a freshman in college and my roommate is trans.. I honestly support anyone and what they do, but i feel uncomfortable having a ftm as a roomate??? Like idk what to do

If you're uncomfortable, you're not going to be supportive.
Ask them to educate you. Understanding is the first step to actual support.

I could understand being uncomfortable though. No one wants to share a room with a guy they don't know. It's basically sharing a room with a guy. He should be in a male dorm but if he doesn't have a dick, colleges will probably no way it. I feel more sorry for him though being stuck in a female dorm. That must be pretty rough for him.

you can always tell the housing department that and request a new  roommate. you should feel 100% comfortable because you are paying thousands to live and go to school there.

Just lay down the rules about what level of nudity is acceptable in the common areas and concerning showering. My first roommate at an all girls school wasnt very attractive and she expressed how she felt homophobic toward lesbians. So i just told her that when even though i was attracted to my bisexual friend cecelias red headed paddleboarding brother parks, and she was dating transgender joe, cecelia was not attracted to glenda because she thought i was hot and id have no problem explaining to cecelia that glenda was off limits.
