When do you start your progesterone if you take it before finding out you are pregnant. I know after ovulation I'm just curious when everyone starts taking theirs.

I was told three days after ovulation. I ovulate late and have a short cycle.

Day 10 after IUI for me. I think it really depends on what your levels are. They said they wanted 15+ today, but I was 14.5... thus the pill.
