Starving... 5 weeks preggo

This is my 3rd pregnancy. No tender breast, no real nausea, always tired and I stay wanting food!!!!!! The first two gave me the opposite. I was nauseous as crazy, breast so tender it hurt to wear a bra. Lost weight the first trimester. Anyone else eating for 2 already?
