UTI early pregnancy sign?

Question

Have any of you personally or even know someone who has found out they were pregnant when going to the doctor for a UTI? I have never had a UTI so I'm not 100% sure I have one, but I am have several symptoms of one so I am going to the doctor today to find out. I have been ttc for 4 months and I've heard of some ppl finding out they were pregnant because they got a UTI all of a sudden!
Let me know what y'all think in the comments please!

I always get UTI when pregnant! Hate that bloody thing! But it comes to my door way later...first two pregnancies - around weeks 6-7 and this pregnancy week 10...I almost thought she wouldn't show her ugly face this time 😩

UPDATE-
I went to the doctor, and she said that my tests came back negative for a uti, but I am having burning after sex and while peeing. Also, today I've began to have some itching. 
She did a pelvic exam and said nothing seem unusual, but she took a sample and is sending it for tests. Some of the things she thought were relevant was that I have a history of cysts on my ovaries.
I don't know why I would be having symptoms of a uti if I do not have one. And also, this doctors bedside manor was horrible. She basically acted as my mother and told me that I should wait to get pregnant because I have to long of a life to live to have children. She even asked me what my plans were for my life whenever she learned that I was ttc. I also told her early on during the appt that I was married and that every BD was with my husband obviously, and closer to the end of the appt she was lecturing me on having unprotected sex with multiple people and ttc. I COULD HAVE KILLED HER AND INFORMED HER AGAIN THAT I WAS MARRIED! "How long do you have left of college." "Why do you want to get pregnant" "well you know you need to think long and hard about this because after you have kids you can't go back". WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR SAYS THESE THINGS. I did not go there for life advice, I just needed a diagnosis.
