My current boyfriend and I have been together almost a year and he won't mention anything about his past sex life in front of me and I think it's cause he believes I'll get mad, the one time his sister brought up him having a hickey from his ex he totally dismissed it and ended the conversation abruptly

My husband can't stand the fact he wasn't my first, so I don't talk about it, ever. I met my ex (who was my first) at the store, I spoke to him out of politness.. my husband was furious. He thinks my ex thinks about me in a sexual way. Weird but thankfully his good traits outweigh the bad lol

My boyfriend and I are close so we can really talk about our exes comfortably and we both have a similar, bad experience with our exes so being all giddy about it wouldn't happen. However when my ex brought up his ex, he was excited and was like "she was the love of my life and I don't think I can find anything better than that" and would continually want me to be like her.
