Help? Am i?

I had an early miscarriage 41 days ago, I have not had a period since, I am now 13 days late.. I have unprotected sex a lot, like daily.. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm pregnant but I just don't know if I should take a test yet or not, I don't want to get too exited either because the miscarriage was horrible to go through:( I've had sore boobs for the past 4/5 days, every day, past 2/3 days I've been feeling overly tired and sicky.. Super hungry but can't even finish half a meal..🙄🙄🙄
