Is it actually possible to be pregnant and still have cysts on one side(right side)...?

I was diagnosed in 2015...been trying for 2years

I started juicing Beetroot and my cycle regulated...every month...last day of the month I got my period...I missed the month of July which would have been the last day of July... My Cervix is sitting high,closed,soft and moved back...
