5 weeks after a csection, is this normal?

Hello. This might be abit tmi with the photo!!

I had a baby through csection 5 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding 16 days ago and had sex on that day, the next day I had abit of a bleed then nothing since. Today when going for a wee I noticed something hanging from down below, so wiped it up with a tissue.. it's like jelly, and looks stretchy, just wondering isit normal after a csection ? Or what else could it be? I'm currently away from England so can't go to a&e; 😩 2nd baby !! Thanks
