Bleeding 😕

Two days ago at 10dpo I have some very light spotting, I had cramping days prior. Only noticed pink coloring when I wiped. Moved to brown light coloring when I wiped yesterday 11dpo. Today 12dpo, after BD and O, I went to the bathroom and wiped about an hour later to red blood. Period isn't due for another couple days. Has anyone else had this and it's not AF? I took a test this morning and got BFN. I'm super sad as I have had cramping and sore boobs for a few days and completely thought I was pregnant.
