I don't understand when I hear (I didn't know i was pregnant)

I knew the moment of ovulation implantation the vivid pregnancy dreams all week. dizzy, boobs tingly, crampy and twinges. and have the 9dpo bfp test I took today. I don't understand how women go 6 7 8 months and not know. that's just crazy and I almost don't believe it. my rainbow baby isn't shy apparently.
