Could I be pregnant?

So my boyfriend and I had protected sex. As he went to pull out he cam all over the bed. I freaked out because the cum is supposed to stay in the condom. Than a bit later I went to the bathroom and there was a little latex piece near my vagina. Before he threw the condom away I made him look to make sure there weren't any holes in it and he said he didn't see any. Is there a good chance i could be pregnant? Just seems extremely weird.
