Odds of having a miscarriage?

So I am roughy 10 weeks pregnant. I haven't had my first appointment yet and not till the 15th of this month so I still have a week. I'm becoming really worried that they might not be able to find a heartbeat. I haven't bled any or spotted any or had any cramps, so I'm curious what are the odds of miscarrying without knowing?

Don't worry no cramps or bleeding is a good thing! Worry about it can cause issues just enjoy the fact that you are growing a healthy baby. That's what I had to just tell myself. I'm 16 weeks and 4 days and my baby is just fine.

Listen momma, u got this. Even at 20 weeks I was still worried about a miscarriage, even at 30 weeks I was still worried tbh, now at 35 weeks my nerves are a bit more calmer, I'm high risked for preterm labor, but my son is literally on a schedule so he's active a lot during certain hours which is the only reassuring this to me :)
