Since I had the copper coil fitted a few months ago I bleed after sex...has anyone else had this?

Might be TMI but after we've finished and I go to the toilet to clean up, when I wipe its all pink and bloody!

I'm not in pain or anything it's just annoying...I can still feel the threads of the coil too so it shouldn't have moved?

I'm in a long term relationship with my fiancé and we are STI free.
