Worried for friend

So I had a small party, my friend was asleep and she woke up to this guy on top of her fingering her. She pushed him off and he left. We all kinda don't like him bc he does idiotic stuff like this all the time. Idk if I'm over reacting but this sounds kinda like rape?? Opinions?
