Help please. Period from hell

So I recently came off the pill, after a long discussion with doctor. And knew that the periods after could be somewhat bad. Well I came off the pill on the 8th of June. I am now on my 62nd day of bleeding. I haven't stopped. I'm starting to be a very pale and not have much energy, feeling constantly tired. I have been trying to get a doctors appointment since yesterday been told to call back tomorrow 🙄 I don't really want to have to go into detail with another doctor, so will only see two doctors. But don't any one know what this could be? Or give me a bit of an insight rather than visit the doctors.
