Pinching in my pelvic area?

Okay so July 31st I had sex multiple times and he came in me three times. I had my first period July 21st to July 24th. It was my first period in two years due to me having the nexplanon. (had it removed June 1st ). since Friday (was supposed to ovulate) have felt bloated and tight or "straining" in my abdomen. in my pelvic area I'm either cramping or I feel sharp pinching. I have no spotting but a stretchy milky discharge when I masturbate. no odor nor itching.
