What does round ligament pain actually feel like?

Ladies someone tell me please what this feels like exactly or am I self diagnosing myself honestly lol ugh I feel pulling tugging down low, I'm 29weeks tomorrow. No pain at all just peeing every 2mins lol literally. What does this feel like when woman say round ligament pain?

I only get it sometimes when I sneeze, cough or try to get up too fast it's like a sharp pulling pain in my lower abdomen usually on my sides. The first time it happened it scared the hell out of me but it only lasts for a couple seconds.

I think it felt like I got stabbed in the groin but it only lasted about 15-30 seconds and then went away.

I had them in my second trimester and they were not pleasant! It felt like awful menstrual cramps along the sides of my belly. They hurt so badly that I often had to stop whatever I was doing and lay down until they went away.

I never felt any after like 18 weeks. But when I did, it was a quick shooting pain down my groin and that was it.

I think it's a bit different for everyone. I felt LOTS of bloating and cramps. It was painful bloating though 🤢. I couldn't even sit up straight.
