Can you block people on eve???

There's this girl I see commenting all the time. She has expressed that she is 16, but she acts like she is 25, with the maturity level of a 13 year old. She also happens to be in a lot of "18+" groups.

She's very aggressive and is hateful to anyone who disagrees with her thoughts. Can I block her? Or is there any way for me to hide her comments? I just don't want to see what she says anymore.
