itchy rash on breasts (pics included)

I have been breastfeeding for about 14 and a half months and over the past month or so Ive been battling extremely dry, painful, chapped nipples. However over the past couple weeks I have developed a red bumpy SUPER ITCHY rash on both breasts particularly around the edge of my areolas. theres no pain just really itchy. at first i thought it was just from drt skin so I put tons of lanolin on everyday. didnt help. then i thought maybe it was the cream. so i switched to a different kind by the honest company. still didnt help. the past few days i havent been using anything and its still not gone away. anyone have this issue??
