Not sure if I am pregnant or not

July 1 was the day my menstrual cycle was lasted till the seven. August 1 my miss flow was supposed to be here but she didn't come and I was suppose to end yesterday the seven. I'm now a week late. However Sunday morning I started having cramping what felt like menstrual cramps but nothing happened and has of today it's been the same way it comes and goes, I also have nauseous and headache as well. I keep looking on line and it's saying I'm pregnant however I don't want to get my hopes because we have been trying for almost a year now..

Should I take a test or wait a few more day?
