I am 2 weeks late for my periods and today spotted little brownish blood ...

Even I don't know if I was pregnant because I was waiting for my doctors appointment which is tomorrow so just want to be sure is everything ok with me..

I have lil bit of pregnancy symptoms but not sure as my first response test was negative when did at home. So was waiting for my appointment but spotted today lil brownish blood..

Please tell me is it ok ??

I am tensed 🙏
