Dogs knowing you're pregnant?

Question

Not sure where this would fall under so here we are. 
Has anyone's pets noticed you were pregnant before you knew? And changed their behavior? 
My dogs all of a sudden are all over me and follow me everywhere more than normal. Yesterday I went to the restroom to pee and they all tried to shove their heads between my legs and they have never done that. 
I have 2 female pitbull mixes (2yrs old and 9 months old) and a male German Sheppard (3.5 months old) 
They normally follow me around and hang out with me but they've been especially clingy starting around yesterday they would bark and whine if I left the room without them or went in the bathroom by myself. Also while I watch tv in the living room they usually lay on the floor, especially my Sheppard likes to lay by the fireplace on the cold floor..  but all three of them are up on the couch with me. My Sheppard is usually the one to do his own thing and isn't very clingy.

Also a little while earlier my oldest was the only one on the couch with me and the others came to get near me and she started growling and snapping (very unlike her they all get along) they've also been up and barking at any noise they hear, which my oldest has NEVER done until recently..

My best friends asshole dog was being nice to me for once in it's lifetime and I found out I was pregnant a few days later.

Yep! I think my dogs could tell around 7 weeks. They completely changed the way they acted around me and others.

My cat did she follow me everywhere shower, kitchen, slept next to me and even sat at the front door an hour before I finished work.
She also knew when something was going wrong. First pregnancy she followed me for two days I was tripping over her my waters broke at 21weeks unfortunately we lost our daughter 3 days later. Second pregnancy the same down to a T. I left work 2hours into my shift I started cramping I was 23+weeks, got home She followed me to the bathroom and then sat with me while I called Mum and my SO called the ambulance. My waters broke while being airlifted and unfortunately we lost our son 2 days later.

My pitbull does the exact same now! He's always been super attached to hubby, but a week before I found out he started ignoring hubby for me. Sleeping on my feet, laying on top of me on the couch, and following me EVERYWHERE. 
I definitely think they know lol
He still does the same thing with me & will come sit with me in the bathroom every time I go, even the million times during the night, lol

I had quite a different reaction from my pitbull mix, she wouldnt let me pet her and would pee on the floor for a boy 1 month (which had been a very long time since she did in as a puppy.) She is very cuddly before and is again, I think she was just confused. We are all back to normal now and lays on my belly and seems very happy!
