EARLY PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS???

I have sore breast,( mostly very sore nipples) and tmi..swollen vaginal wall. I was checking my cm and noticed how difficult and tight it was to check. Took a mirror to look at it ...def looks swollen. Do NOT have any pain, odor, or itch. My cm is creamy white, but kinda stuck up in there. Could this be early pregnancy sign? I'm either 7 day out from period or 15...have PCOS, so never know when exactly I ovulated and gonna start period. Hoping this is a pregnancy sign!! (Also had craving for plain vanilla soft serve ice cream today!! Lol!)
