4 dpo and nausea since opk

Have had nausea 2-3 x daily since I got my peak opk on 8/03, but had 5 days of high flashy smiles before. I normally get my peak on CD12, but had a chemical last month (7/23 at 4 wks,3d) so unsure if that affected anything? Maybe I'm later in my TWW than I thought? Attached my bbt chart, note I've been drinking more than usual this cycle so temps
