Babies started on Solids?

Question

Have any of your 4 month breastfeeding babies started on solids yet? How is it going? Just started my LO on solids today.

I started my baby on solids a week after she turned four months and she loves it! All she seems to want are solids now. I'll give her the breast and she'll be fine but once she sees us have food she stares and then starts grunting until she gets some. And man does this little girl have an appetite. She was fine with a little bit in the beginning and now she can eat the entire package of food. She's only 12-13 pounds too I'm shocked! 😂

My first was breast fed and at 4 month wasn't interested in solids at all even mixed with breast milk. My 5 month old is eff and loves solids. I don't know if their source of milk has anything to do with the difference or if its because the 5 month old is so much bigger or if its just their different personalities.

My daughter will be 5 months on Friday, she's been on solids since the day she turned 4 months old. (her pediatricians recommendation) 
she's been doing great. 
have only had 2 complications. 
1.) she is extremelyyyy grumpy unless she gets solids in the mornings and at night. 
2.) she's had some difficultys pooping. but she's kinda had issues pooping since birth, now they are just more noticeable. 
she also eats some puffs here and there. she loves them! 
she's also had a bit of non pureed chicken, broccoli, and egg. 
(all of which I asked her pediatrician first!)
