Does anyone else have no change in cervical mucus throughout their cycle?? Mine will change slightly, but I've only really ever had ewcm twice. Just trying to figure out if there's anything I can do/take to improve it or if it really makes a difference when trying to conceive. Please help!

Editing to add that I do take allergy meds on a daily basis, I've heard that will kinda dry me up 🙄🙈 should I try to not take it during my fertile week to see if that helps?
