Asking for prayer & good vibes

I have my first prenatal appointment today I'm 5w5d last night I started spotting pink, light red, brown, back red with some back pain & cramping throughout the night. I was constantly going to the bathroom. Still light back pain & spotting this morning. I'm just asking for prayers & good vibes. Hopefully baby is healthy & still holding on. Lord knows I'm scared 😳.
