Labor signs?? Anyone experienced this?

I woke up at 2 a.m. This morning with cramping. It feels like I have to poop really bad. Of course I didn't have to but that's what it felt like. I was able to fall back asleep an hour later. Woke up again two hours later same thing except this time the cramping made me so sick I threw up which triggered a BM that was lime green diarrhea. Ever since then I've been throwing up with cramping on and off. It's all yellow stomach acid and every time I try to eat or drink something it won't stay down. I'm 38.4 weeks is this early signs of labor. I called my doctor but no call back yet. I'm getting very anxious.
