Bleeding after sex

So yesterday me & my SO BD since glow said today will be my big O day. I wasn't as (tmi) wet as usual because I was mad at him & we did get a little rough but I didn't want to miss the opportunity. The blood isn't bright red it's more so dark red. & today I'm having some pelvic pain. Can it just be bleeding from the sex ?
