Lips cracking?!

Both sides of my lips have been cracking this morning. We recently moved into a house with a pool so I've been outside way more than usual. I've noticed the sides cracking. Sometimes so much they start bleeding. Anyone else have this problem? I've been putting neosporin on them throughout the day. Any other ideas?

Put Vaseline on them, don't open your mouth too wide. I get them all the time, even when I don't go outside. Make sure you're hydrated too.

I've been having a problem with this coming back and going away, coming back and going away since before Christmas. My dermatologist said it was a fungal infection. Gave me creams. Worked briefly but then it came back. A different dermatologist said it was bacterial. Tried a new cream. Worked briefly but then it came back. At this point, when it starts cracking again, I use peroxide/rubbing alcohol and then put Vaseline on it after it dries. It makes it go away for a bit but then it comes back. I've given up at this point.
