So I had a membrane sweep performed this morning. Only having cramping and a little spotting 😕 My doctor made sure to lower my expectations that only about 20% of women go into labor following it... a girl can dream though!

UPDATE: So about 12 hours after the sweep, the real contractions kicked in along with my bloody show. Tried to labor at home as long as possible, but headed into the hospital once they hit 3 minutes apart and stopped me in my tracks. Unfortunately I was only dilated to TWO cm 😐 They gave me the option of walking for an hour or going back home. I walked like a maniac... currently here dilated to about 7 cm. Hoping to meet my baby boy soon!
