Period was 3 weeks late. I also took a Plan B this month for the first time

Looks like a clot tbh, I had some pretty bad ones the first period after taking it as well

Looks like a blood clot. If you're worried you can always go to see a doctor or even take a test. After my miscarriage my tests were positive for a few weeks.
